Housing

We enable as many people as possible to access housing in our region.

Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France is a long‑standing partner of social‑housing stakeholders. It is involved in the governance of one out of every two social‑housing organisations in the Hauts‑de‑France region. Beyond financing construction and renovation programmes, it also provides services that benefit local residents.

Committed to expanding access to housing for all, the bank operates three social‑housing companies — SIA Habitat, SIGH and SA HLM de l’Oise — coordinated within SAC Petram, representing 85,000 managed housing units, 1,200 employees, and 230,000 residents.

  • 230,000 people housed by our social‑housing companies
  • More than 85,000 housing units across the region
  • €400 million invested in 2025 in new housing and renovations
  • 6,700 jobs generated through our investments
  • 750 new housing units delivered in 2025
  • 1,500 housing units renovated in 2025

Our social‑housing companies

  • SIA Habitat

Sia Habitat is a major social‑housing provider in the Hauts‑de‑France region, managing more than 42,000 housing units.

  • SA HLM de l’Oise

We manage more than 10,300 housing units, which we maintain and renovate daily across 250 municipalities.

  • SIGH

Société Immobilière Grand Hainaut is a Social Housing Enterprise (ESH) and a member of the national Habitat en Région Group.

Together, these three organisations — Sia Habitat, SIGH and SA HLM de l’Oise — are joining forces to strengthen their collaboration within the Coordination Corporation (SAC) Petram.

Collectively, they manage 85,000 housing units across nearly 400 municipalities. Working alongside local authorities, they help shape a reinvented approach to social housing — one that promotes quality of life and fosters stronger, more inclusive communities.

Hosmia: A response to the housing crisis

Hosmia embodies a vision: living differently. Inspired by the ideas of hospitality and conviviality, the name reflects a commitment to creating inclusive and sustainable living environments. Beyond housing alone, the ambition is to offer living spaces that foster well‑being and social diversity. This real‑estate vehicle is built on a development model that strengthens local territories, relying on robust governance and bringing together committed partners and sector experts.

We are joining forces with five regional stakeholders — Sia Habitat, SIGH, Habitat Hauts‑de‑France, SIP and SA HLM de l’Oise — to create Hosmia, a real‑estate company dedicated to Intermediate Rental Housing (LLI).
